Based on the NSW Far South Coast, Connections Plus offer Care Services, Community Participation Programs and Social Programs to meet the needs of individuals with a disability and their families. Connections Plus is a fully accredited and registered NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) service provider. 

The NDIS provides all Australians under the age of 65 with permanent and significant disability with the reasonable and necessary supports they need to live an ordinary life. People who are eligible for NDIS support are called participants and as an NDIS service provider, Connections Plus is here to support all participants achieve their desired outcomes.

Situated on the beautiful Sapphire Coast, on the far south coast of NSW, Connections Plus offers various care options, including respite, independent living supports, social supports, individualised care, aged care, leisure and recreation activities. We also offer community participation, as well as accessible holiday accommodation.

Utilising the fabulous local area of the Bega Valley Shire, we have regular outings to the beaches at Merimbula, Tura Beach, Pambula and Eden, lots of fun at Merimbula's Magic Mountain, as well as games of mini golf, ten pin bowling, bingo and visits to Pambula swimming pool.

Connections Plus also ventures further afield, including trips to the Snowy Mountains, Canberra and Sydney, as well as servicing the Monaro, Southern Highlands and across the Victorian border to East Gippsland.
